Position Overview: The Behavior Treatment Technician provides direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Behavior Treatment Supervisor and BCBA. This role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data on client progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to clients.
Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions as designed by the BCBA.
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
Participate in regular supervision and training sessions.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and client families.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in Psychology or related field preferred.
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification.
Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities, is preferred.
Strong observational and data collection skills.
Wages: The Behavior Treatment Technician starting wage is $40,000 for a 35 hour work week, 7:45am - 2:15pm daily.

Position Overview: The Behavior Treatment Supervisor works under the direction of the BCBA to provide supervision and support to Behavior Treatment Technicians. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and consistency of ABA therapy delivered to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Treatment Technicians.
Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
Conduct regular observations and provide feedback to technicians.
Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans based on client progress.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and supervision activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in an ABA setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Wages: The Behavior Treatment Therapist starting wage is $50,000 for a standard 40 hour work week.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Overview: The BCBA at Learning Grove ABA is responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of the ABA therapy programs. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing supervision to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
Supervise and train Behavior Treatment Supervisors and Technicians.
Conduct regular progress reviews and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide parent training and support to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Wages: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst starting wage is $70,000 for a standard 40 hour work week.
